On Saturday afternoon, Bayside City Council launched Seven Creatives at Bayley Arts gallery, marking the start of a vibrant month of creative activities across Bayside. This initiative features workshops, artist talks, and interactive sessions to engage the community and celebrate the region’s artistic heritage.

The exhibition showcases seven established artists: Gregory Alexander, Magdalena Dmowska, Noni Drew, Michael Hawkins, Kristy Hussey, Sean McDowell, and Steffie Wallace. Their works range from abstract ceramic forms to thought-provoking assemblages and atmospheric landscapes, offering a rich artistic journey.

Bayside Mayor Cr. Hanna El Mouallem officially opened the exhibition, joined by Deputy Mayor Cr. Debbie Taylor-Haynes and Cr. Andrew Hockley, underscoring strong support for the arts. Bayley House CEO Deb Stuart also delivered an inspiring speech.

The event attracted art enthusiasts, collectors, and renowned artists, creating an electric atmosphere filled with conversation and admiration for artistic expression.
