The opening of Ink It Up at Bayley Arts was a fantastic evening. It was wonderful to see so many people celebrating the printmaking initiative.
Bayley artist Shanaya Perera began with the Acknowledgement of Country and later demonstrated printmaking with artist Katie Starkey.
Bayley House CEO Deb Stuart introduced Bayside Mayor and Councillor Fiona Stitfold, who officially opened the exhibition. We were delighted to see Adrian Spurr, Joe Monteleone, former Bayley House CEO Warwick Cavanagh, Bayley House board member David Calver, and many more in attendance.
It was wonderful to witness so many artists, families, friends, art collectors, and Bayley House staff showing great interest in the artworks and the printmaking process.
