Brighton Art Society Annual Exhibition at Bayley Arts

Brighton Art Society's Annual Exhibition at Bayley Arts: A Celebration of Talent and Creativity

In November, we had the privilege of hosting the annual Brighton Art Society exhibition here at Bayley Arts. The event was a true celebration of artistic talent, showcasing some truly exceptional works. We were thrilled to see such a diverse range of pieces, many of which were honoured with well-deserved prizes.

The annual exhibition is a highlight of the society's year, offering members an opportunity to display the fruits of their artistic journey and celebrate the talent within their community. This year's exhibition was no exception, with a fantastic range of artworks that truly demonstrated the creativity and passion of the artists involved.

James Newbury MP of Bayside, a long-time advocate for both Bayley House and the arts, joined us at the event. It was great to have him there as part of the presentations, as he continues to champion the role of the arts and disability in our community.

Since its founding in 1978, the Brighton Art Society Inc. has served as a vibrant collective of artists and students, dedicated to fostering creativity and encouraging participation in the arts across various mediums. The society prides itself on being a welcoming, friendly environment where members of all skill levels—whether beginners or seasoned artists—can come together to learn, practice, and showcase their work.

We were honoured to host this special event at Bayley Arts and look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of the Brighton Art Society and its members.
