Louise Taffs art is characterised by her recurring subject of cats and rabbits. Her animated and expressive portraits of animals are often portrayed in bold, bright colours using posca pen on small-scale paper and board.
Louise Taff is a practicing visual artist with extensive art experience. She has worked across drawing, painting, ceramics, screen printing, flower arranging, beading and felt art. She is a nature lover and was a member of a foreshore committee preserving local fauna. Her love of nature is evident in her art making.
Louise has exhibited extensively through Bayside City Council and regularly in the Bayley House annual art exhibitions and recently featured her etchings in the exhibitionInk It Up, at the Bayley Arts Gallery.
